A winegrowing region of the NE part of Slovenia (known as Slovenske gorice) is well known for its wonderful nature, marvellous viewes, nice people, tasty traditional food and of course excellent white wine. Exactly there, in a part of Ljutomersko-ormoške gorice is a practicaly new house with its plot for sale. The house is adequate for young families or for other people who would like to live in a modern house and at the same time enjoy in wonderful nature. The building is situated at the top
of a vineyard hill, one of many in that region, and it has a spectacular views on the whole region. It was built from high standard materials and it has 3 floors.
